Some ideas for your staff evening
Your staff evening YES, but When?
It is important to organise from time to time a staff evening. Therefore, employees of a company can feel like they are a part of something bigger than just work.
A staff evening might be either a sitting dinner followed by a party, a brainstorming session before a walking dinner or anything you’d like because here, the only limit is your imagination!
No matter how many people there are in your establishment it remains possible to fit an incredible amount of people at the Wild Gallery, thanks to our spaces that are available for 100 to 1100 guests.
A staff evening can be done in so many ways. For example, you could do something during the day to entertain your workers and then reward them with a whole staff evening planned. If it was for my firm I would have first, chosen a theme: An era like the 90’s, or an ancient culture such as Greco-Roman or ancient Egypt. I also would have considered movies like The Great Gatsby, Breakfast at Tiphany’s or any 007 movie.
However, one of the main issue when you invite people with busy lives and families is when to schedule your staff evening. With December and January focused on the Holidays, it could be fun to add a themed staff evening. But the Holiday Season, with events like Christmas and New Year’s Eve make it hard to find time in our calendars. Nonetheless, adjusting with the majority is one thing, the budget might also be another issue. If you are a multinational company, you can afford to form something every year. But if you are a local business its hard to organise an entire staff evening often.
So, if we recap the leading points, invite all you staff at a strategic time of the year so it doesn’t disturb people’s plans. Besides, the timing is very important because it could affect the party budget. Prepare a great schedule for your team to know the space needed and starting to make decisions for the suitable suppliers for the job. And Enjoy!
